1. Manuscript
Upload your manuscript and provide your contact details so that we can reach you quickly and give you specific advice. We need the following information from you:
- Complete manuscript
- Name and address
- Phone number
- Illustrations (if desired)
- Synopsis (ideally)
2. Synopsis
Ideally, you should also send us a one-page synopsis – i.e. a brief summary of the entire manuscript.
This should give the editor a brief overview of the plot of your work, outline the main characters and present the basic conflicts or structure of the themes. It should not contain any dialogue or details.
This will help us to assess your manuscript correctly.
3. Font and layout
The font and layout are not so important for the mere submission. The manuscript does not have to be error-free at that time.
Only after a positive assessment by the initial editorial team and the signing of a publishing contract will your text be edited and optimised by our proofreaders and editors.
Nevertheless, please ensure that you use legible fonts and a clean layout – this will make our assessment easier.
