The world record was set on July 15th 2007 as part of the summer festival in celebration of the decennial anniversary of novum publishing. It was set in the category “Most people to write a story” for the “Guinness Book of World Records TM” by a total of 797 people. As many people as possible had to be motivated to write together a connected story. As frame story served the story “Novi, the little bookworm”! The story was split in ten chapters and every sentence was written by one of the participants. Between each chapter is a short connection text to the next chapter. The hand written pages were scanned, minimised and bound as a book. The book– inclusive documentation – was sent to London’s central of Guinness book of world records and was approved as new world record after a long and intense validation.
