Kim Johnson attended day schools in Germany, UK and Cyprus before becoming a boarder in the UK. His childhood experiences planted the seed which developed into an impressive career in education, specialising in helping children with complex needs. He held a wide variety of Head Teacher positions culminating in advising the government on educational matters and ultimately becoming President of the National Association of Head Teachers. He has three children and six grandchildren. He is spending his retirement involved in charity work, fishing and riding his Harley.
