Pavlina Valavanidou was born in 1961 in Athens, Greece. After graduating from school she spent her working life as a bank employee. She has recently retired from the bank and has turned her hand to writing. She is a mother of two sons. Pavlina enjoys walking, swimming and reading. Pavlina still lives in Greece.

After leaving school at age16, August 1952, Angela Valentine worked as an agricultural apprentice. After three years, she passed her test and entered the Agricultural College in Regensburg.
