Jeffery Carr

Jeff Carr served in both command and staff assignments in the US Army Infantry and Special Operations units (Airborne). He also served as a Battalion Operations Officer (S-3) for a Foreign Internal Defense and Unconventional Warfare Unit in Mosul, Iraq from 2004–2005 and as a Tactics instructor at the US Army Command and General Staff College.
